CONTINUING
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT FOR APPRAISERS IN
North Carolina:
For
each renewal period a total of 28 hours
and 7 of those hours must
be the 7-hour National USPAP Update class.
The other 21 hours may be comprised of any
Board approved classes. A trainee
or appraiser may receive up to 14 hours
of credit per renewal period for participation
in a course on a computer disk or on-line
via the Internet. The following on-line
course will satisfy that requirement.
